We are a business dedicated to fundraising.  We pay out accumulated funds to organizations, following their specific campaign dates.

Due to the payouts based on final sales, we do not allow returns or refunds.  

If you have received a defective item due to shipping or any unforeseen circumstance, we will offer you a replacement at no charge.
